Take orders from call/email.
Issue DO, invoices & filing.
Assist in co-ordination with relevant parties for smooth deliveries.
Any ad-hoc & admin support duties assigned by superior.
Proficient in MS Office Applications and experience in admin support.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with customer.
Candidates must possess at least “N” or “O” level, professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
Must take initiative and able to work independently.
Relevant experience or no experience are welcome.
Start work within short notice or immediate.
