1. Able to read & write in both English and Chinese
2. Responsible for recruitment activities /Work pass application
3. Coordinates all training activities, which includes course registration, liaison with training provider & participants, training grants, training review, update training record, etc.
4. Payroll computation
5. Updating of staff records
6. Undertake HR related projects
• Only Singaporean or PR need apply
• Minimum O level qualification
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin
• Functional computer skills and software knowledge
• Meticulous and resourceful with an ability to multi-task
• Independent, flexible and a team player
