Admin Executive

Working hours : Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Location:  Tai Seng/MacPherson.

 

Job Description: 

⭕️Provide administrative support(issue quotation, sales contract, tax invoice etc)to ensure efficient operation of the office

⭕️Liaise with customers and production team to process and coordination on corporate client orders

⭕️Handle customers inquiries and emails.  

⭕️Manage company tender platforms to ensure documentations are in order prepared & timely completion of tender submission

⭕️Arrange courier delivery/collectsamples

⭕️Assist the sales team in scheduling appointments with clients.

⭕️Assist in sales & marketing activities

⭕️Assisting in any ad-hoc tasks assigned from the company 

 

Job Requirements: 

⭕️1-3 years relevant work experience in admin roles

⭕️Singaporeans/PR only

⭕️Strong business writing skills.

⭕️Team Player

⭕️Excellent communication skills

⭕️Accuracy and attention to detail

⭕️Multi-tasking & Problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently.

⭕️Language: English & Mandarin.

⭕️At least A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent

⭕️Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
