St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital (SAMH) is a community service arm of the Diocese of Singapore. It is a social service agency and an approved Institute of Public Character.

SAMH is the corporate headquarters which oversees 5 services: St Andrew’s Autism Centre, St. Andrew’s Community Hospital, St. Andrew’s Mission Hospital Clinic, St. Andrew’s Nursing Home (SANH) and St. Andrew’s Senior Care.

SANH aims to deliver holistic and person-centred care to the residents in a supportive environment, where an integrated programme of rehabilitation, psycho-social and nursing care is provided in its three nursing homes (Buangkok, Henderson, and Queenstown)

A fourth nursing home, a joint project between SAMH and St. John-St. Margaret’s Church at Dover Road, will be operational 2nd half of 2021. Combining all our four nursing homes (Buangkok, Henderson, Queenstown and Dover), we will be providing a total capacity of 1125 nursing home beds. We will also be having two more upcoming nursing homes in 2022 and 2023, bringing the total number of nursing homes to 6 in total.

St. Andrew’s Nursing Home (SANH) (Buangkok) started operations in November 2013. We care for 300 residents with psychiatric and dementia conditions, providing nursing, therapy and psycho-social activities to improve their well-being.

All staff and volunteers are driven by the desire to be the light that will brighten the lives of our residents through our love, compassion and care.
