Overview
Job Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of project / projects assigned to him
2. Manage site team and sub-contractors
3. Ensure the project progess according to the schedule and requirements
4. Assist in resolving site problems and complaints
5. Ensure the quality of work done is within our standard
6. Attend site meetings and site inspections
7. To conduct risk assessment for each project site and ensure the site team comply to the safety regulation.
8. Report to Management on project updates
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate with at least 2 years experiences as PM in relevant field.
2. Good project management, communication and writing skills.
3. Committed, independent & diligent
4. Able to work under stress and fast paced environment
5. Positive in facing problems
