Overview

We are looking to fill in the role of an Administrative Assistant for Logistics. The successful applicant’s primary responsibility is to provide a support role in the company’s Logistics and Sales Team. The successful applicant will be working at our Singapore office hub and have the following responsibilities:

Prepare documentation for customer orders, sales invoices and coordinate delivery processing

Generate report and maintain record of sales and inventory on a regular basis

Coordinate movement of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders

Organize shipping documents

File reports of stock inventory, bill of lading and other export documents

Data entry into inhouse ERP and CRM system (training will be provided)

Liaising with customers and vendors on incoming and outgoing shipments

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, from time to time

Adept in Microsoft Office Applications

At least 1 year experience in intermodal freight forwarding

Demonstrate a  very good command of written and spoken English.

5. Highly adaptable with a company-owned mindset.

Educational Qualifications:

Industry-relevant field of study or certificate is preferred but not required.

Others:

Singaporeans and PRs only.

Commencement date:

Preference will be give to applicants who are able to start work at short notice.
