Job Description

  • Monitor staff attendance records on Time Management System
  • Calculate and process payroll for a group of Installers and ensure Payroll deadline is met
  • Process monthly staff claims
  • Monitor inventory and handle issuance of company assets
  • Liaise with vendors on repairs and maintenance of office equipment and verify Invoices
  • Handle Identity Passes for employees
  • Source for mandatory and ad-hoc training courses
  • Relieve the Receptionist when on leave
  • Perform ad-hoc work as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in HR & Admin areas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, independent and accurate with numbers
  • Able to start work immediate
  • Willing to work in Tuas
  • 5 day work week
  • Transport provided at designated MRT stations
