<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>- Performing facial services and body treatments</p><p>- Providing after facial customer service and follow-up appointments with customers</p><p>- Educating customers on the products and informing them on promotions</p><p>- Achieving monthly facial service targets and compile daily sales tracking</p><p>- Counter maintenance and replenishment of inventory (saleable items, testers and collaterals)</p><p>- Conduct monthly stock take exercises</p><p>- Participate in workshops outside of sales floor</p><p>- Keep track of the Loyalty Card programs and updating of customer database</p><p>- To be well groomed at all times (at Counter or Company’s events)  </p><p>- To provide assistance for all Company’s events</p><p>- Would be an advantage to have boutique experience</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Requirement</strong>:  </p><p>- Minimum two (2) years experience as a Therapist beauty cosmetic industry (retail experience would be an advantage)</p><p>- Able to start immediately is a plus factor</p><p>- Certificates of attendance related to treatment courses  </p><p>- Positive attitude and a good team player</p><p>- Simple counter operation experience such as POS, cashiering and ordering of stocks related to cabin</p><p>- Ability to engage and stay connected with customers and attentive follow-up skills</p><p>- Have the potential and willing to be groomed for the next level</p><p> </p><p><strong>Benefit</strong>:</p><p>- Attractive commission</p><p>- Service fee for facial services</p><p>- AWS and one-time shoe allowance upon confirmation</p><p>- Minimum 14 days annual leave upon confirmation</p><p>- Medical benefits upon confirmation   </p>
