Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and data analysis. Strong Excel skills, especially in pivot tables, filtering, and marketing performance analysis, are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels to support business objectives.

Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results.

Digital Marketing

Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.

Maintain the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, updated, and aligned with the brand.

Work with external partners, agencies, or vendors to improve digital reach and customer engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Use Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, filters, and data analysis tools, to track campaign performance, sales trends, and customer insights.

Creative & Content Development

Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media content, digital ads, promotional materials, and campaign assets.

Work closely with designers or creative vendors to produce high-quality artwork and marketing content.

Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with internal teams including Sales, R&D, and Procurement to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business goals.

Coordinate with different stakeholders to support campaign planning, execution, and follow-up activities.

Event Management

Support the planning and execution of company events, product launches, roadshows, and promotional activities.

Assist with event logistics, marketing collaterals, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with exposure to digital marketing.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data filtering, and data analysis.

Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms will be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical recommendations.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
