Job Description
a. Provide prompt & good customer services to walk in customers
b. Verify customers’ documents & explain loan plans
c. Complete application forms & other loan documents
d. Update loan status reports
e. At least 1 year work experience on loan disbursement/ moneylending industry/ financial company
f. Those without relevant work experience will be considered as Loan Administrator
g. Secondary/ O levels/ A levels or Dip in any field
h. Pleasant initiative, good interpersonal & communication skills
i. Customer-oriented & possess good customer handling skill
j. Independent, meticulous & result-oriented
k. Able to work 5 days a week including weekends & Public Holidays
