Job Description

As an Intern in ABeam Consulting, you will support the Customer experience consulting team across a range of transformation engagements. This role is designed to give you hands‑on exposure to real client work, while learning the fundamentals of management consulting. You will work closely with consultants and managers to support analysis, functional design, project delivery, technology implementation and internal initiatives across industry projects in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Consulting Support

  • Support business analysis activities, including research, data preparation, and requirement documentation
  • Assist in reviewing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Help prepare consulting deliverables such as slides, process flows, and summary materials

Project Delivery Support

  • Support day‑to‑day project coordination tasks (e.g. tracking actions, timelines, and risks)
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and documenting meeting minutes and action items
  • Provide support for testing or validation activities where required

Technical & Project Delivery Support

  • Gain hands-on exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
  • Support basic system configuration tasks (e.g. CRM fields, workflows, dashboards) under guidance
  • Assist in data preparation, migration support, and validation activities
  • Learn and apply CRM best practices and standard methodologies
  • Support testing activities (UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking
  • Work with consultants to understand system integrations and data flows
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials and documenting minutes and action items
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, or validation activities where required
  • Proactively learn CRM concepts, tools, and industry use cases

Market Research & Internal Initiatives

  • Conduct desktop research and benchmarking on market trends and practices
  • Support proposal preparation and other business development activities
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development and practice initiatives

Requirements:

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Full-time Interns preferred (3-6 months)
