Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations across Tan Wei Credit and Tan Wei Auto.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financing facility monitoring.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and workflow controls across financing processes.
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and strategic insights to support management decision-making, financial planning, business growth, and operational improvement.
• Support annual audit exercises and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee team performance, reporting structures, and KPI management.
• Manage and process full payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, CPF contributions, statutory submissions, and compliance with employment and tax regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proven experience handling audits, compliance, and finance operations independently.
• Experience in credit, financing, or receivables management is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or finance industry will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CA Singapore, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore CPF, GST, corporate tax, and payroll regulations.
