Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

•⁠  ⁠⁠Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations across Tan Wei Credit and Tan Wei Auto.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, financial controls, and financing facility monitoring.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and workflow controls across financing processes.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and strategic insights to support management decision-making, financial planning, business growth, and operational improvement.

•⁠  ⁠⁠Support annual audit exercises and liaise with external auditors.

•⁠  ⁠Oversee team performance, reporting structures, and KPI management.

•⁠  ⁠Manage and process full payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, CPF contributions, statutory submissions, and compliance with employment and tax regulations.

Requirements

 

•⁠  ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar leadership role.

•⁠  ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

•⁠  ⁠Proven experience handling audits, compliance, and finance operations independently.

•⁠  ⁠Experience in credit, financing, or receivables management is an advantage.

•⁠  ⁠Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.

•⁠  ⁠Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

•⁠  ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.

•⁠  ⁠Experience in the automotive, motorcycle, or finance industry will be an added advantage.

 

Additional Requirements

•⁠ Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CA Singapore, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

•⁠ Strong understanding of Singapore CPF, GST, corporate tax, and payroll regulations.
