Job Description

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations
  • Build strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delivery

Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

  • Forecast purchasing needs based on inventory and operational trends
  • Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and wastage
  • Work closely with warehouse and outlet teams to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support inventory optimisation and process improvement initiatives

New Outlet & Project Support

  • Support procurement for new outlet openings and renovation projects
  • Coordinate delivery timelines for equipment, packaging, and operational supplies
  • Ensure smooth setup and operational readiness before launch

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams
  • Support sourcing for new menu items and seasonal promotions
  • Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience (F&B experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
