Job Description

Libeara is a Standard Chartered–backed company that tokenises regulated real-world assets, such as US Treasury and money market funds, using secure, compliant, multi-chain infrastructure. It has supported over US$1 billion in tokenised assets.

The Client Services and Operations Associate will support daily fund and platform operations, including client onboarding, transaction processing, trade support, record keeping, and responding to client queries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, trades, and related transactions accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining transaction records, documentation, SOPs, risk registers, and operational trackers.
  • Supporting risk controls, audits, regulatory compliance, and remediation of operational issues.
  • Coordinating onboarding, KYC/CDD/ECDD, sanctions/PEP/adverse-media screening, and FATCA/CRS reporting.
  • Improving operational workflows, controls, systems testing, and documentation as the business grows.

The role requires 2–5 years’ experience in financial-services or fintech operations, client services, fund operations, trade support, middle office, or onboarding. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, comfortable with audit and regulatory requirements, and able to coordinate across clients, compliance, product, and internal teams.

Experience in capital markets, fund operations, KYC/AML, digital assets, tokenised products, audits, or working with engineering teams would be an advantage.
