Job Description

As the Cluster General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Singapore Living Sector team to deliver the Group’s vision and strategic objectives for the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the Head of Living Sector, you will spearhead the pre-opening phases of the Living Sector’s projects in Singapore, ensuring successful market entry and operational readiness.

Post pre-opening, you will assume full leadership of the operations, with end-to-end responsibility for the Singapore portfolio, including full P&L ownership. You will drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and team development to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation in the market.

Job Responsibilities
• Working closely with both internal & external stakeholders to pre-open theLiving Sector projectsin Singapore.
• Develop,maintain, and execute the Master Pre‑Opening Plan (POP) covering all workstreams, and prepare/manage the Pre‑Opening Budget
• Building/recruitingthe operations team, setting up SOPs, sourcing for FF&E,OSEand service providersfor the projects.
• After the properties are operational, provide strong leadership across all departments to drive a performance driven,‑service-oriented culture aligned with ownership and corporate objectives‑.
• Oversee end-to-end‑operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Sales & Marketing, Finance and Administration.
• Hold full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial governance.
• Drive revenue performance across key segments, ensuring strong occupancy, ADR and RevPAR outcomes.
• Strengthen market positioning,branding and commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams.
• Ensurehigh standardsof guest experience, safety, service quality and effective service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, labour laws, safety,security and licensing requirements, with strong risk and crisis management.
• Protect and enhance asset value through preventive maintenance, capital planning and refurbishment initiatives.
• Act as the primary representative to owners, partners, regulators and key stakeholders, providing clear performance reporting and market insights.
• Lead senior leadership teams, set performance goals and ensure execution of business plans.

Job Requirements
• Degree in Hospitality Management, BusinessAdministrationor related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years of senior leadership experience within hospitality, servicedapartmentsor the living sector.
• Proven track record with pre-opening and managing multi-propertyor‑country level‑operations with full P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational acumen withincost disciplined‑operating models.
• Credible, decisive leader with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to lead under pressure in a fast‑paced‑operating environment.
