Job Description

What you’ll own

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events across regional and global projects, with the ability to lead selected event projects from planning through execution is an added advantage.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, deliverables, and event documentation from planning through to execution and reconciliation.
  • Build strong client relationships and work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects aligned, efficient, and well run.
  • Contribute to proposals and pitches by developing practical, creative event approaches, delivery plans, scope inputs, and budget estimates.
  • Oversee production, show flow, content, technical delivery, and onsite readiness to ensure ideas are carried through into strong event outcomes.
  • Anticipate risks, troubleshoot effectively, and bring calm, practical judgment when plans change.
  • Contribute ideas, improve ways of working, and help maintain high standards across the team.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Strong event management experience in an agency, client-side, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence managing multiple moving parts without losing detail, pace, or quality.
  • Strong client, stakeholder, and supplier management skills.
  • Solid event production knowledge and a practical understanding of live delivery.
  • Good commercial judgment, including experience with budgeting, reconciliation, and scope development.
  • Experience contributing to proposals, pitches, and solutioning in a client-facing environment.
  • A hands-on, proactive working style with the confidence to take ownership and follow things through.
