Overview
We are looking to hire a full time barista cum service staff for our patisserie cafe
Required to commit 5 days a week including weekends
Must have experience with coffee making
Singaporeans and PR only
Job responsibilities
Take and pass on customer orders accurately and efficiently
Answer phone calls politely and assist callers effectively.
Understand customer issues and resolve them or escalate them when necessary
Prepare coffee beverages by following prescribed standards and techniques to organisational standards of quality, according to customer needs, including special requests
Recommend and serve drinks and pastries according to customer needs or requests
Maintains inventory by replenishing operational supplies and products and triggering when low
Keeps equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs when necessary
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organisation standards and sanitation regulations
