⚖️ JOB DUTIES ⚖️
✍ Liaise with suppliers on stock info/availability/ETA and update accordingly
✍ Raise purchase orders and complete ordering process
✍ Chase suppliers for credit notes / exchanges / amended invoices
✍ Place and follow-up on orders with suppliers
✍ Review online orders and handle donations

⚠️ JOB REQUIREMENTS ⚠️
‼️ Min. 2 years relevant experience
‼️ Proficient with MS Excel/Word/Google Sheets
‼️ Excellent organization, coordination and follow-up skills
‼️ Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
‼️ Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment

To support their causes, we created a platform to amass donations of pet food and supplies and deliver them to the respective shelters and organisations.
