Overview

Responsibilities:

1. Assist and coordinate recruitment process such as posting of job ads, shortlisting of candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding process.
2. Facilitate the HR department by providing efficient HR administrative support
3. Maintenance of employee database and other HR related matters from time to time.
4. Update and maintain employees’ leave and attendance records
5. Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
2. Independent and meticulous
3. Experience in Time Management System and/or Recruitment will be an added advantage
