Overview
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines
2. Delivering high quality food and beverage products at all times
3. Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
4. Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
5. Generating sales and meet target through proper execution of marketing strategies
6. Hire, train and retain team members
7. Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
8. Responsible for inventories and stock taking activities
9. Regularly inspect equipment to ensure they are maintained well and in good working order
Skills and Qualification
1. Min NITEC with 2 years working experience in F&B industry as a supervisor or other industries
2. Diligent team player passionate in F&B operation
3. Good communication and leadership skills
4. Ability to handle multiple task
5. Communication and Leadership skills
6. Working knowledge of MS Words /Excel and Email
7. Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
8. Ability to Identify and resolve problems efficiently
