Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording vendors invoices
2. Resolve daily AP related issue with internal and external stakeholders
3. Prepare and process payments
4. Responsible for preparing accounts reconciliation schedules and follow up on discrepancies
5. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the finance department
6. Participate in systems enhancement project where necessary

Skills and Education

1) Candidate must possess minimum LCCI certificate or Diploma in accounting
2) Min 2 years of working experience in handling F&B accounting
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge in accounting system would be advantageous
4) Meticulous and have an eye for detail
5) Good team-player and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
6) Candidate who can commence work immediately will be given priority
