Overview

Responsibilities:

* provide administrative support to contracts, finance & operations

* responsible to organize and coordinate company’s day-to-day operations

* handle calls and emails from clients in a timely and proficient manner

* prepare & monitor invoices and expenses reports

* payroll administration and management of employees leave application

* recruitment process including placement of job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews

* coordinate training programs and maintain training records

 

Requirement:

* proficient in MS Office

* highly organized and ability to multi-task & priortize work

* able to interact across all levels

* proactive and meticulous

* handle sensitive information with confidentiality

* able to work independently

* minimum Diploma in Design & Environment

 

Salary: $2,000.00 – $3,000.00 per month

 

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
