Job Description

1. Reports to Country Manager (CM).

2. Handles course bookings in full compliance with business processes.

3. Manages the CBU (for OPITO courses) in a manner that all course bookings are responded to within the same day in an accurate and friendly manner.

4. Supports HBD/CRE from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

1. To handle course bookings promptly, correctly, and with a “big heart and a big smile” at all times; all enquiries are to be responded to within the same day.

2. To ensure that all QMS, OH&S and business processes under the CBU are complied with at all times.

3. To promote/market OPITO courses.

4. To ensure that OPITO record-updating process under the CBU is complied with at all times.

5. To prepare weekly compliance reports, prepare, get necessary approvals/email/updated clients list/course participant lists, etc.

6. To handle all course nominations, inquiries, and send business proposals to all new and existing clients as and when requested by them based on OPITO approval criteria.

7. Attend all other necessary functions and activities that may be required by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Preferably Diploma / Degree Holder
Proficient in English
Able to provide Administrative, Secretariat, and Support services
Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office or other related software
Able to work after office hours/weekends (when required)
Knowledge of QMS and HSE-MS
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 and 45001: 2018 is a bonus advantage
Familiar with JHA/Risk Assessment
