Overview
Fund Administration:
1. Onboarding
(a) Perform anti-money laundering checks on the Investors
2. Net asset value (“NAV”) reporting
(a) Obtain monthly securities holding statements to reconcile the securities holding position and determine the market value of the underlying securities
(b) Obtain market quotes from independent pricing platforms for publicly traded financial instruments
(c) Obtain market value from independent valuers for unquoted investments
(d) Agree the fee calculation and calculate the contractual expense, e.g. management fee, performance fee in accordance with the fund management agreement
(e) Agree the NAV calculation and calculate the NAV of the Fund on a monthly basis
3. Bank accounts
(a) Process payments for the bank accounts of the Fund to make the following payments on behalf of the Fund:
(i) Payment of redemption, dividend and other distributions to the Fund’s Investors
(ii) Payment of fees and expenses of the Fund
(iii) Payment of investments
(b) Perform monthly bank reconciliation
4. Investor communication and reporting
(a) Maintain the register of the Fund’s Investors
(b) Process subscription, transfer and redemption requests from the Investors
(c) Process capital calls, calculate the pro-rata share and send capital call notice to the respective Investors
(d) Process distributions, calculate the allocation and send distribution notice to the respective Investors
(e) Prepare yearly statement of account to all Investors of the Fund to reflect the changes to the value of their investment in the Fund
(f) Attend to queries and requests from the Investors
Fund Accounting
1. Set up
(a) Review Fund’s governing documentation
(b) Set up chart of account
(c) Set up reporting package
2. Reporting
(a) Prepare management accounts of the fund
(b) Record the following transactions into the fund accounting ledger:
(i) Capital – Subscription and redemption
(ii) Investments – Acquisition and disposal
(iii) Income and expenditures
(c) Calculate management, performance and administration fees in accordance with the fund management agreement

(a) Prepare financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
(b) Coordinate annual fund audit
(c) Convert the financial statements into XBRL format
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience • Must have fund administration and fund accounting experience • Open to handling accounting work for non-fund related clients in an outsourcing environment
