Overview

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in recruitment and selection of new employees

·       Coordinates with recruitment agency, job portals with regards to job requirement

·       Prepare employment contract

·       Handle monthly payroll process

·       Handle application of all types of work passes

·       Handle new hires on-boarding and orientation

·       Handle resignees off-boarding

·       handle leave administration

·       Handle Companies group insurance

·       Ensure proper documentation in employee’s p-file

·       Coordinate performance appraisals

·       Assist in updating of various reports

·       Assist with drafting of internal memo and letters

·       Participate in organizing of company activities

·       Handle office administration and maintenance

 

Requirement:

 

·       Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

·       At least 2 years of relevant experience

·       Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·       Able to work well independently and as a team

·       Able to communicate well across all levels
