Overview

– Attend customers and handling customer inquiries, needs or complaints

– Good at handling difficult emergencies

– Process customer orders, such as billing, confirming order details

– Need to understand basic computer operation and simple written English

– 5.5 day work week

– Weekdays – 8.30am to 5.30pm

– Saturday – 8.30am to 12.30pm (alternate sat)

– Transport to and from to nearby MRT station

 

– 接待客户,处理客户的询问,需求或投诉

– 善于自行处理艰难的突发状况

– 处理客户的订单,如开单,确认订单细节

– 需懂基本电脑操作,写简单英文

– 5.5 天工作制

– 工作日 – 上午8.30至下午5.30

– 星期六–上午8.30至下午12.30 (alternate sat)

– 厂车载送到附近地铁站
