Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
Following directions provided by the head chef.
Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
Keep your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.
Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.
Season food according to recipes or company needs.
Assist other cooks during the food assembly process.
Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation.
Keep records and accounts of food purchases.
Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed.
Improve your food preparation methods based on feedback.

·         Minimum Years of Experience:1

·         Minimum Qualification Level: WSQ diploma

·         Field of Study: Culinary Skills/Arts (including food preparation)

·         Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $2,300 – 2,800
