Overview

Job Responsibilities:

·       Planning and scheduling of cleaners

·       Screen and select suitable candidates for staffing requirement

·       Train new / existing cleaners

·       Supervise a team of cleaners to carry out their work

·       To upkeep site cleaning supplies chemicals, consumables and to upkeep servicing of equipment to ensure they are available at all times

·       Hands-on cleaning required

·       To investigate complaints/feedbacks and report to Operations Manager for corrective actions to be taken

Job Requirements:

·       At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field

·       Candidate must possess supervisory experience in managing a group of cleaners

·       Ability to work under a high pressure environment

·       Polite, patience, service orientated
