Overview

Key responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities with clinics, spas, and salons.
Identify new business opportunities with different online platforms
Lead the customer acquisition strategies and implementation to increase the quantity and improve the quality
Drive commercial negotiations at corporate (HQ) and field levels (stores).
Work with clients to maximize all aspects of business (online campaigns/ in-shop space & locations, prices, investments, promotions…)
Maintain current client relationship and identifying new potential markets and clients
Conduct customer research to proactively identify trends and other relevant business insights, turning insights into actionable and quantifiable opportunities
Driving culture of sustainability within brand strategies and team culture
Managing sales performance for channels sales (Brand.com & marketplaces)
Meet/exceed monthly KPIs quotas on a consistent basis
Train & Provide information on products sold for clients
Maintain client relationship & build them reach their sales targets
Work with Director on Market Expansion opportunities
Work closely with marketing department and creative department

Requirements:

Experience with Asians retailers and knowledge in the Beauty & Cosmetics category.
At least 3-4 years of working experience.
Executive presence: A seasoned business professional who is comfortable talking to, and influencing, senior decision makers.
Organized: Well organized, with a disciplined approach to evaluating priorities in a fast-changing environment
Fluent in English
Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
Highly creative, technically-inclined and unafraid to propose breakthrough ideas and follow through.
