Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant in the Retail industry. As an Admin Assistant, you will provide essential support to our management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, such as coordinating schedules, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist in preparing reports, organizing meetings, and arranging travel arrangements when necessary. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.

Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence and letters.

Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic, ensuring quick and easy retrieval of documents.

Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Support the management team in organizing and executing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Serve as a liaison between departmental staff, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Assist in coordinating Cleaners and office maintenances

Assist in Ordering of stationeries and Office Supplies

Any Adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Minimum 1 year experience or Fresh Graduates are welcome

Process Certificate in Business Administration or related field
