Overview
As a Business Development Executive at Theo10, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in the management of our e-commerce platforms to enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for expansion. Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Theo10’s products and services. Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
E-commerce Platform Management:
Oversee the management of Theo10’s e-commerce platforms. Monitor and analyze online sales performance.. Implement strategies to optimize the user experience and drive online sales growth. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to execute e-commerce promotional campaigns. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
