We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our health and wellness team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment, deliveries, and product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, order status, and delivery issues.
Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints efficiently, escalate where necessary, and provide practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party couriers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
Account Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contact details and order history.
Feedback & Reporting: Gather and document customer feedback, offering insights to management to enhance processes and the overall customer experience.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction with resolutions and services.
Qualifications:
N Level, ITE, or higher/equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering outstanding service.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
