Asiapac, being a mid-size professional accounting and consulting group since 1993, with our HK head office and 4 offices in China, offering a wide range of Hong Kong, China and international exposures, plans to setup an office in Singapore for business expansion to serve our cross-border clients and invites applications for the following posts:  

Job Description

–         Drafting of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions and minutes.

–         Handling incorporation, striking off, voluntary liquidation, capital reduction, maintaining and updating of minute book and registers, online filing with ACRA (bizfile) and IRAS (e-stamping), preparing of invoices and liaising with clients.

–         Handling banking matters including the opening and closing of bank accounts, changing companies’ particulars, etc.

–         Familiar with all regulatory requirements in respect of Companies Act, Chapter 50

–         Knowledge of clientele business, communicating well with clients, developing and enhancing client relationships, and providing prompt and good customer services.

–         Committed to meet firm’s target and deadline and a team player.

–         Good spoken and written of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

–         Good computer knowledge of various MS applications and in the usage of ACRA Biz-file systems.

Job Requirements

-         At least 2-3 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work in professional firms and handling administrative work.

-         Tertiary education preferred.

-         Able to work independently.

-         Good attention to details.

-         Self-initiative and hard working

-         Willing to travel occasionally.
