Retail Store Assistant

Achieving and maintaining sales KPIs
Responsible in attending to customers’ enquiries on products
Responsible in recommending products to their preference and needs
In charge of opening and closing of store
Track and manage inventory at the store
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirements:

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Proficient user in MS office software and POS system
Service oriented and passionate to go the extra miles for customers
Honest and disciplined and have a friendly disposition
Good team player with good working attitude
Retail sales experience preferred
Remuneration commensurate with experience
Remuneration Package: Basic + Commission + Bonus
