Bianka Panova Sport and Art Academy is a unique training center in Singapore that provides the young upcoming talents with the highest levels of Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) training. Our Head Coach, Ms Bianka Panova, is a 9 times World-Champion in RG and one of the most experienced and

respected Gymnastics coaches worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet clients or visitors and provide excellent service standards to walk-in customers or other stakeholders.

• Address customer inquiries via phone and email and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Attract potential customers by providing information about the academy products and

services.

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Compile reports and surveys on overall customer satisfaction.

• Develop, present, and implement policies and procedures to ensure the academy’s

customers have a first-class experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Educational background in Sports Management would be an advantage (Diploma/Degree).

• The job requires strong communication skills with a solution-based approach and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Motivation to work with people from culturally diverse backgrounds.

• PC literacy required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

 

• Able to start work immediately (preferably)

• Location: Bukit Merah central

• Working hours: Mon-Fri 11 am-8 pm
