About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Campaign Consultants.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll represent our clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns, engaging members of the public to introduce educational and professional development programmes. You’ll take the time to understand each individual’s needs, provide suitable recommendations, and guide them through the registration process while delivering an excellent customer experience.
If you’re someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop valuable communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills, we’d love to meet you.
No prior experience is required—our experienced leaders will provide structured training and mentorship to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Represent our clients professionally during marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Engage with members of the public to introduce educational and professional development programmes.
Understand customers’ goals and recommend suitable learning solutions.
Provide clear and accurate information about programmes, funding options, and enrolment procedures.
Guide customers through the registration and application process.
Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalised service.
Work closely with teammates to achieve campaign goals and deliver quality customer experiences.
Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, communication, and leadership development programmes.
Continuously develop your product knowledge, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
