About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Marketing & Events Executives.

This is a customer-facing role where you’ll represent our clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns and events. You’ll engage members of the public, introduce educational and professional development programmes, answer their questions, and guide interested individuals through the enrolment process.

No prior experience is required—we believe attitude matters more than experience, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Represent our clients professionally during marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Engage with members of the public through face-to-face interactions.

Introduce and explain educational programmes and learning opportunities.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable programmes.

Guide customers through the registration and enrolment process.

Build positive and lasting relationships with customers.

Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives.

Participate in ongoing sales, communication, marketing, and leadership development training.

Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
