JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Perform 3-way match for Suppliers’ Delivery Order, Suppliers’ Invoices & Purchase Orders
2 Data Entry of AP/AR transactions in UBS Accounting System
3.Handling data entry of cost related computations
4 Assist in monthly payables
5 Generate SOA & handles debtor’s collection
6 Issuance of Purchase Orders & liaise on procurement matters
7 Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
1 At least ‘A’ Levels qualifications with 2 years of expereince in related field
2. In depth understanding of entire Microsoft Office Suite Software, UBS Accounting experience is an advantage.
4. Ability to organize daily workload by prioritizing & multitasking
5. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good Team Player
