Temp to Perm POSITION
Singaporean/ Singapore Perm Resident only.
The Accounts Assistant takes care of accounts receivables (invoicing), accounts payable (billing), data compilation, and other administrative matters. To participate in ad-hoc finance-related.
Responsibilities
Generate invoices.
Record Supplier and Sales invoices in the accounting system and database excel file.
Handle receipts and consolidate bills for payments preparations.
Handle employee monthly miscellaneous claims.
Prepare Debtors and Creditors Ageing and reconciliation.
Assist in answering queries raised by Management and Clients.
Filing and other ad hoc duties.
Answering phone calls.
Support operations on filing and other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
N ’level with 5 passes or equivalent is an advantage.
A minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
Certificate in Accountancy with more years of relevant experience will be considered.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal skill, committed, independent and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, neat and organized working style.
Team player.

5-day work week
9 am to 6 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
