<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a Senior / Clinic Assistant who will provide operational support for the clinics.</p><p><br /><strong>A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:</strong></p><p>Handles front desk registration of patients, schedule medical appointments, dispense medications and consumables and payment collection<br />Error free results entry to CMS system<br />Responsible for correct billings/invoices; accountable for cash collection and ensure accuracy<br />Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables<br />Responsible for self-development by attending in-house courses during work hours or after work hours<br />Assist Doctor to provide treatment and medical examination<br />Ensure that the clinics are kept clean and tidy at all time<br />To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager<br />Able to work in the evening and on weekends according to roster based on clinic operation hours<br />Clinic Locations: Simei &amp; Potong Pasir clinic.<br />*Rotation to different clinics when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>Minimum 1 – 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience preferred <br />Able to work on rostered shifts, which includes some weekends and public holidays<br />Clinic Opening Hours: Weekdays: 8.30am-4pm, 6pm-9pm; Weekends/PH: 8.30am-12pm – Potong Pasir</p><p>Excellent communication skills<br />Computer Literacy is required<br />Unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do</p><p><strong>About Doctor Anywhere</strong></p><p>Doctor Anywhere (DA) is a regional tech-enabled, omnichannel healthcare provider delivering care to 2.5 million users across 6 countries in Southeast Asia.
