What You’ll Do

  • Manage products, pricing and inventory across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
  • Upload new products and keep product information accurate and up to date.
  • Learn and manage digital advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok.
  • Learn SEO and online marketing strategies to improve website traffic and increase sales.
  • Plan and create engaging social media content to build brand awareness and attract customers.
  • Participate in or host live streaming sessions to promote products and engage customers.
  • Monitor online sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Attend to walk-in customers at our showroom when required.
  • Support daily e-commerce operations and ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, social media or live commerce.
  • Willing to learn new skills and take on challenges.
  • Creative, proactive and responsible.
  • Good communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of social media or online shopping platforms is an advantage, but training will be provided.
