Overview
Job Description
- Make calls to appointment holders (prospects) solicited from roadshows to schedule appointments on daily basis.
- Communicate and provide information to prospects, customers and referrals in inquiries relevant to appointments and company services and address complaints to relevant departments (if any).
- Arrange daily appointments (doors) for all Sales Executives under supervision of higher management.
- Perform service quality inspection on customers, prospects and referrals in order to monitor performance of Sales Executive.
- Correspond with related departments in all appointment matters, including Marketing (Roadshow) Department and Sales Department.
- Assist and take charge in telemarketing-related tasks given by superior or the higher management.
- To assist in partial office administrative tasks including arranging customer cleaning services and act as back end support team for the operation.
Work Standards
i. Random inspection will be done to cross check service quality.
ii. Performance will be monitored on weekly basis. Performance below expectation will undergo training and counselling with Telemarketing Manager.
