Customer Service Admin

Handle irregularities and complaints occurring from catering process.
Report non-compliances and suggest corrective methods.
Manage headcount for catered meals, printing label stickers for meals.
Invoicing, Accounts Payable
Assist with central kitchen’s general affairs and administration duties.
 

Qualifications

Have excellent multitasking and communication skills.
Be meticulous and attentive to details.
Can react quickly and solve difficult problems.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
