<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- To conduct audit &amp; ensure that staff/supervisor adhere to company’s SOP<br />- To maintain good relationship with the stall tenant<br />- To review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors<br />- To conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop<br />- To manage coffee shops in a designated region<br />- To conduct exit interview</p><p><br /><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role, preferably in the F&amp;B industry<br />- A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute<br />- Good interpersonal and communication skills<br />- Self-driven and highly-motivated<br />- High degree of commitment and a good team player<br />- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment<br />- Have initiative, independent and well-organised<br />- Strong decision-making skills</p>
