Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
-Identify, engage, and acquire potential clients, leads, and strategic partners.
-Sell across a range of offerings, including our premium 5-figure transformational program.
-Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand prospect needs and present relevant solutions.
-Build, manage, and optimize a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
-Collaborate with marketing to strengthen outreach campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and lead-generation systems.
2. Event & Program Promotion
-Drive registrations and conversions for flagship events such as the F1 Movie Screening Event and upcoming immersive programs.
-Represent Innerworkcircle at networking events, workshops, and external opportunities.
-Provide real-time feedback to marketing and leadership on messaging, positioning, and sales insights.
3. Partnership Development
-Identify business opportunities across corporate partners, wellness communities, event collaborators, and thought-leadership spaces.
-Build long-term partnerships to expand visibility and program reach.
-Negotiate partnership terms and support co-created events or campaigns.
4. Reporting, Strategy & Growth
-Track leads, conversions, outreach metrics, and sales performance.
-Offer insights to improve sales processes, customer journeys, and program positioning.
-Collaborate with leadership to identify new revenue opportunities and scalable business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Proven experience in business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or client acquisition.
-Experience selling high-ticket or 5-figure programs is a strong advantage.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
-Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple leads, events, and campaigns.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking.
-Interest in transformation, personal development, or experiential programs.
Preferred
-Background in event sales, experiential marketing, or program enrollment.
-Understanding of personal mastery, emotional intelligence, or human development concepts.
-Digital marketing or lead-generation expertise.
-Comfortable running info sessions, preview workshops, or small sales presentations.
