Key Job responsibilities

Provide after-sales service support for Advantest’s advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, repair, preventative maintenance etc..

Achieve a high customer satisfaction level through strong after-sales support.

Assist/Lead problem resolutions with our customers.

Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to equipment performance to our customers.

Conduct maintenance training.

Job Specifications (Qualifications & Experiences):

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering with 1 to 2 years of working experience in servicing automated production equipment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Self-driven individual who is passionate about working with automated equipment.

Strong interpersonal and communication Skills

Good Team player that works with other colleagues.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision but is willing to seek help from others.

Leadership will be essential for the future.

Some experience in project management preferred.

Demonstrate strong continuous learning attitude.

Very frequent travel required for overseas assignment (up to 80%), may be at a short notice at times.
