Overview

We are looking for a mature and responsible Admin Executive to join us.

General duties include but are not limited to:

Support day-to-day operation

Liaise with internal and external parties

Respond to emails from clients and team members

Managing and processing claims and reimbursements from team members

Maintain good relationship with client

Liaise with subcontractor / vendors

Monitor material usage and order materials

Check prices of supplier’s invoices and updating material price list

To support any other general admin duties as and when required

To carry out all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirement

Working with positive attitude

Relevant work experience in admin or customer service is preferred, those without will also be considered

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Self-motivated individual who is efficient and strong problem-solving abilities

Must keen to learn

Good communication and people skills

Good punctuality and time management skills

Able to work in a team and independently as well

Adaptability

Must be able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Any additional language skill is an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,000.00 – $2,800.00 per month

Experience: Administrative affairs: 2 years (Preferred)
