Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Admin Support to join our team. This role combines accounting and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
Coordinate schedules and assist in organizing meetings
Prepare and file documents accurately and efficiently
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Accounts Assistance:

Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases
Assist in preparing documents for GST submission
Respond to client inquiries and provide billing support
Follow up on payment matters and resolve basic accounting issues

General Office Management:

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures
Support general office organization and upkeep
Provide administrative assistance to other departments as required

Requirements:

Minimum GCE O-Level qualification
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Relevant experience in admin/accounting is an advantage (but not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
