You should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

– Liaise directly with customer to provide professional advice
– Follow up closely for all sales leads
– Follow up closely with all processes and make sure all necessary steps have been done to complete the task
– Manage feedback/complaints/inquiries from customer

Requirements

– Min O’level or SPM 8 or equivalent
– With CEI cert preferred and familiar with MOM regulations
– Independent and positive working attitude
– Outgoing and positive to solve issues
– Able to work on weekends
– Singaporean and Work permit holders are welcome
