Overview
Main Responsibilities:
Enjoy serving holiday planner by providing best travel services. You will interact with customer face to face, over the phone, via email and live chat, through WhatsApp and WeChat. Our daily business activities are air ticketing, package tour, cruises and travel insurance. For customized travel, be passion to plan itinerary skeleton, work out costing and prepare proposal for customer. You will deliver exceptional customer service and strive to convert daily enquiry into sales.
Responsibilities also include handle and manage day to day booking and operations work with eyes for details. Prepare travel documents using Athena system and inhouse templates, and email together with pre-departure briefing notes to customer. Overall, you are to ensure each and every customer’s holiday a delightful one.
Our retail air ticketing services include walk in as well as regular customer, plus a handful of corporate ticketing accounts. You are to search and give advice on flight information, provide recommendations on flight itinerary and quote air ticket prices using GDS Amadeus or airlines portals. Make flight reservation, monitor PNR ticketing deadline and prepare EO for air ticket issuance.
Experience & Skills:
Relevant work experience in Singapore’s licensed travel companies
Hands on experience in flight reservation, air ticketing and fares rules
Fundamental outbound travel and customized travel knowledge
Knowledge in GDS Amadeus and Athena system is most preferred
Able to speak & understand Mandarin when serving Chinese-speaking customer

Office Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : from 9:45am to 6:45pm
Saturday : from 9:30am to 3:00pm with Alternate Saturday Off
Monthly Salary:
Entry Salary : S$ 2,400 to S$2,800
Confirmation Salary : Commensurate with performance
